We went for their high tea. On the plate they served moldy strawberries, when it was mentioned to them the strawberries were moldy they said okay, and took them away. Very odd they didn't apologize. The server never came back to check on us, neither will we.

Hi Nathanael, Thanks for the inquiry. We do not currently have the casks , due to lack of space. We do serve american crafts as well as imports. The imports on draft we are serving at the moment are Guinness , Boddingtons, Smithwicks Red Ale, Stella, Bass Ale and Hoegaarden. Cheers , Ashlee

Not to be finicky, but, isn't the cat holding a cello on the sign there... Not gonna lie- I love the good vibes I'm getting from this place, I'm just curious why the cat is holding a different instrument than what the pub is named after?

Jordan Uggla | Sep 26, 2019
The Cat & Fiddle Pub & Restaurant | Sep 26, 2019

Well glad you asked ;) The instrument that is being held is actually an Upright Bass, which is an type of fiddle. The character symbolizes the original proprietor, Kim Gardner, who was a bassist in the British rock invasion of the 60s. Very lively and interesting , just like Kim. Now Kim’s daughter, Eva Gardner, carries the torch and she is the bassist for Cher, P!nk, Gwen Stefani, and more. The pub is still family owned. Cheers!

Maybe something in the ladies bathroom, but don’t give a lot of attention if so :) We just let them be.

They have the space for that in their patio/outside lounge area but you should call them to see what their rates are for booking a party of that size
