I recently purchased a pre-owned Tahoe and quickly realized the battery was on it's last leg (slow to start after about a day). We took it back to the dealer from which we bought it, but they kept saying the battery was fine. NOT. After getting my Tahoe back from these people, the next day I went to AutoZone and the person who helped me was Dale. I explained my concern to him and asked if he could please check my battery. He did and confirmed that it was holding no charge, showing me the data on his equipment. I purchased a battery, and despite it being a challenge to put the new battery in due the engine design, etc., Dale said he would do it with no problem. And, he did. My Tahoe started right up with no hesitation once he was done. The entire time, Dale was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable-taking time to explain different aspects about batteries in general and the one I purchased specifically. Customer service is a big deal for me, and Dale as well as the other staff with which I interacted during my time in the store provided high quality customer service across the board. I will definitely not hesitate to return to this AutoZone should the need arise in the future.
