Hi I go there for need Parts they don’t have I ask you have part no they say yeah but when I say please give me part no they give me wrong part no now I try to talk like 15 time they don’t answer my call

I work for a big outfit dealership when I call the parts department I either get put on hold or get sent to voicemail I've asked for a outside salesman to come talk to the shop with no answer.parts department needs a overhaul on the phone alone I was placed on hold for 34 min's before being sent to voicemail

They used to be the best in the valley but now they are just like fresno truck center, all the employees now are just un professional lazy and clueless about trucks. They sent me an estimate which I approved and I call them back multiple times through out the week I got the same answer that they are waiting on approval for the estimate. Foreman Julian is the worst.

Do you have facilities if an RV must remain overnight.
They actually fixed my truck deration in 2 days and it runs better.
