these guys do a good job; just don't show up with 30 min to go before close because they can run out of money at times and will close a little early

I got there a few minutes before they opened. But when they did, they were rite there to help. I hadn't taken anything to recycling since before Covid, but it was all very organized & quick. I had an estimate in my mind of how much I'd get for what I took in & actually got a couple of dollars more. It was pretty awesome!

Sierra recycling center on Brundage
I go to the C&J that's closer to me, but I imagine that the prices will be the same as follows: Aluminum: $1.600/lb #1 Plastic: $1.280/lb #2 Plastic: $0.580/lb Glass: $0.101/lb Scrap plastic (milk jugs, laundry detergent, etc.): $0.020/lb Hope this helps!
Yeah. It's still open. I went there a few weeks ago. Guys here are really helpful.
Yes I know plastic, glass and aluminum....not sure about newspapers!
No you can burn your shredded documents you can shred him and then throw them away but why would you ask if you can take them there and drop them off
in all the places ive gone nobody is taking glas rite now only plastic and aluminum
They are not. I went on Sunday beginning of June
No
If I were you, I would call some pallet recycling centers to see if they might buy it off of you.
I would suggest contacting a pallet recycling center for the plastic pallets that you have. There are quite a few places that take both plastic and wood pallets together.
No I don't think so
They don't
They don't take paper or cardboard, but there is a location called BARC, located at 2240 S Union Ave, Bakersfield, CA 93307 that you can drop off your cardboard and paper. They currently do not pay for paper and cardboard. I don't know how soon, if ever, that they will pay for cardboard again.

Yes
They close at 5:30 pm.
Yes, they do as long as it has the California CRV on it. They'll still take the ones that don't have the California CRV on it to recycle it, but they just can't pay you anything for it.
