Even been here before and everything was good on my previous visits. Then today been here since 9:30 ish . I've been going up to the receptionist and asking how long untill my turn. They said they were processing my paperwork . Then after a while they call my name so I'm like finally but it's another person. So it's 12:26 now and i go up there again. So they can say it shows your in the room already ??? Really.. So why I'm i in the waiting room still waiting!!!

Today, Saturday 04/24/2021 the office opens at 10:00, right now is 10:10 and I am still waiting outside. There are a few people also waiting outside.

nice stuff but not understanding my son is crying for this dad and they are only allowing 1 parent. I understand because of covid but my 3 year old doesn't understand this... this is stressful for my son that is already not feeling well..
