I was misdiagnosed twice here, the first time I was told I had heart burn and was sent home, ended up going to Bakersfield emergency and was told I had gallstones. The second time was recently and was told I had a UTI but my symptoms weren’t UTI related again went to Bakersfield and it’s my kidneys. I only came here because the pain was too much.

Worst hospital!!! Took us almost 5 hours just to get the result for my daughter's test. Receptionists is unprofessional, rude.

Worst hospital ever! Had both our babies in there, we had already had a bad experience back in 2019 with our first but we wanted to give them another try just for them to traumatize my wife The labor and delivery nurses are horribly rude! The only one that was nice to us was Mohan, the rest did not listen to my wife’s wishes and they treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. DO NOT GO THERE! Also one of the ER doctors was extremely rude when we took our son for a high fever! He made rude remarks about my wife not being a good mom and disregarded his high fever! I would give zero stars if I could smh!
