This is such an amazing store three full stories of shopping. Everything from fine jewelry fragrance clothing to furniture and more! Friendly staff and clean store. They even offer gift wrapping. They also have a completely remodeled cosmetic department.

Granted, a few sections were being remodeled but nevertheless, this was definitely my least enjoyable shopping experience at a Macy's store. The selections were subpar, the escalator was broken and the store set up was just not pleasing to the eye at all. I can't wait to get back to my favorite locations in Maryland! Bakersfield, California can keep this one.

One of the best places in town to shop. High end name brands, major designers. Almost all soft goods including men's department on main floor with clothing, shoes, purses, perfumes on the first and ladies only on the second floor. Appliances, furniture and harder goods on the third floor. Nicely organized and well kept for a pleasant shopping experience. Right now, remodel of the cosmetics area at the front of the store with tiling company working during store hours. You can still enter from 2 doors from parking lot and 2 access entrances inside the mall.
