The front office staff Eloy did an excellent job he gave us a walkthrough of the packages. The halls are beautiful, and he thoroughly explained and reviewed every section of the contract. Alva the manager has been very nice and professional. Our wedding is scheduled for April of next year and Maria (Alva’s assistant) called me to schedule an appointment to go over the colors & decorations. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was greeted by Emilio, he helped me select our colors of choice, flowers, and centerpieces. He was great and did an amazing job. Overall, the experience and customer service has been great.

This is the worst venue I’ve ever been too! 3 Venue on one small parking lot! They towed my car and said they were going to reimburse me but then on Wednesday said it’s my fault! They are lairs and treated their guest like trash!!! Officers are horrible here! Not enough SMART Security

I was invited by my friend to her quinceañera , and Alva ( the manager im assuming ) kicked me and my friends out by force . Then they proceeded to kick us all out onto THE STREET , knowing we were all minors. She also threatened to have me arrested after asking to go back for my brother.

Horrible service. My event was back in May and I never received my deposit back. Do not recommend at all.
