The current manager is doing all she can to help the park. This place used to be a mess and the rules were not followed. After the management changed things started to look better. The rules are now enforced and things have change for the better. I've enjoy my stay here. This is of course my personal opinion

No, there is not a gym in the park. There are some nice parks close by & an In-Shape down the street though.
Yes there is. It is by the office on the side. There is also a basketball court there.
