Have had a membership for over a year now. I liked the design changes they made inside! They have a ton of exercise equipment for all, beginners or not. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Very clean with a super friendly staff. Office hours are very short which can make it hard to speak to someone in terms of membership questions. Other than that it's the perfect place to get a nice workout in.

Per their website. Monday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Tuesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Wednesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Friday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Saturday: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm It varies during holidays but they post holiday hours on their door.
