Service is getting much worse. 4 employees but the manager is walking around on his cell phone doing absolutely nothing. 7 app orders on the counter and another employee sweeping. Literally asked by 3 employees what I ordered and 10 minutes after arriving still standing here.

Clean, quick service. Helpful staff. Both in our party got a sandwich, which was very hot, fresh and delicious.

The coffee was good, but they gave me all the wrong donuts. The Boston cream was jelly filled, the glazed donuts were chocolate cake donuts, I would have assumed I got the wrong bag, but I ordered 4 and got 4, no idea how wires got crossed, it was rung up correctly...

Awful service today! Had to wait 20 minutes for an Iced Vanilla Latte! Had to ask the guy running the register where the drink was. In the end HE went and made it and asked me what went in it! Absolute disappointment and a waste of $6.00. NEVER AGAIN!
