I got a free trial pass online to check the gym out if it has all the equipment I need for my workout session and when I arrived said they arent allowing trials at the moment. Why give me a trial pass online then. Thats ridiculous, then tries to sell me their 1 year plan without letting me even try the gym.

Crowded all the time. I wrote to the proprietor about this but got no response. Not enough squat racks, bench press benches, pulley machines for the crowd, disorganized weights section. I spend a lot of time just looking for weights. Just overall poor experience.

Marc is right. Also, don't. This gym is filthy, always crowded, hard to find machines free and rude staff.

Mornings and evenings are usually pretty busy. I find The Sweet Spot during the day is between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Sweet Spot at night is basically after midnight till about 4:30 a.m.
Sometimes local employees try to act smart. Escalate the issue to local manager or may be to corporate office. These kind of honouring cross membership should be corporate decision. Local branch/franchise should follow the corporate policy. But you also have to note this is a 'super sport club'. They don't allow members from their own other 24 hour clubs such as 'active club' or 'sport club'. So check with Silver & Fit to see if your membership includes all level of clubs.
