I just wanted to leave a review to praise Gadget Exchange customer service. Unfortunately I have a video game console with water damage and another one with an HDMI issue. I utilized the message function on Google Maps and the company got back to me within 10 minutes with a polite and honest answer that these are not issues they currently work on for these particular consoles. I’m sure some companies would have been happy to charge me the diagnostic fee anyway, but they were transparent and saved me both an unnecessary fee and an unnecessary trip across town. If I have future issues with my electronics I will definitely reach out to them first!

Been there multiple times throughout covid .. always clean and masks are up .. and no one came in without one.. and when I showed him my phone he definitely stayed away backed up with it and we talked from a safe distance. I've been to plenty of places that practice covid safety wayyy less.
