These guys give zero cares about you once they get your money. 8 thousand dollars spent. Bed fails a few months later. Wife’s side stuck in the up position. They use 3rd party warranty companies who take multiple weeks to arrive. If I wasn’t handy and put her bed down myself, she’d have to sleep in the upright position or in the spare room. When I called asking the store for help to speed up service they said there is nothing they can do. Now my wiring harness got chewed up from my puppy. I called them in December for a new harness, 7 months later, still nothing. I hate sleep numbers support. Buy any other brand

Great staff that didn't over sell me they let the product do some work. Tried beds everywhere and why not have the best of firm and soft put together with a 15 year warranty. It's an investment that you can't put a number on you sleep in your bed almost every day so protect your body. I will post a review on my bed soon
