The biggest joke of people but what else can you expect from Delaware County! Pray you never have to deal with them because they don’t call you back and make decisions about your family without consulting you. They don’t care about the older people!

My experience with the COSA gang was fantastic. They're response time to setting up my mother with in home care was quick and efficient. Respecting the various covid restrictions interviews were done on the phone. The final in home visit/evaluation was pleasant with total honesty from the COSA rep. I learned about COSA through a friend who does in home care. Delaware county has so many senior centers the service COSA offers allows us to keep our home and let Mom and Dad stay in their home..
