Everyone here is super friendly. The entire staff is beautiful, yes of course the women, but even Dr. Weinstein. They’re all just beautiful, personable people. They have created such a positive vibe in there. To the point where you don’t mind wait times because you can tell everyone is doing their best. May was really kind and bubbly. I know this may come across as pretty saccharine but the people here genuinely treat you like a human and not just a number to get in and out.

No one should have to wait 4 hours for a urine test that’s less than 10 minutes. I sat for 4 hours for a urine collection. My pre-employment physical was almost 7 hours long. I witnessed an employee walking out because he’d been there for 4 hours, waiting to provide urine sample. he could no longer control his bladder. I don’t believe this is healthy. I’ve begun negotiations with another service providers for my organization. Concentra should have a technician dedicated for collecting samples.

Called and asked what was the best time to come in for a physical/drug test for work and was told just come before 4 arrived about 3:30 and I was turned away staff working claimed they were above capacity. Doesn’t seem busy I’ve been in there before and there were more people in the waiting room staff was rude and seemed happy to turn me away.

I had to get a physical and vaccine for pre employment and those needed to be done as soon as possible. This facility was the only one that accepted walk-ins. I appreciate them telling md ahead of time what the wait would be. When I got there the two ladies at the front desk (Michelle and Chrystal) were very professional, courteous, friendly and patient especially having to deal with a high volume and all types of people every minute of the day for all types of tests. Nancy was also friendly and professional, we got to talk and joked a little bit. Lastly, Samantha who completed the physical and who administered the vaccine was also courteous and professional. Even with masks on I could tell they all had a smile on their faces as they greeted me and all the other patients. I know going to the doctors or any healthcare setting isn't the most pleasant experience at times, I enjoyed my time there and will recommend your facility to friends and family. I also would recommend having more staff there if possible because those who were there that day did not have time to rest or take a break as I was there for several hours.
