Breath-taking panorama to the north and south on this ridge of the Berkshires. The biggest surprise though was excellent cellular reception... on account of the antenna at the summit! Said antenna is rigged up a fire tower, fenced off from the public. Across from it is a station to monitor the aerial quality. There are picnic tables, a stationary grill and marked hiking trails. At the Overlook there is parking for roughly fifteen vehicles, but careful on the ascent and descent as the road is narrow and sinuous.

Excellent spot for a little relaxation and reflection. It appeared that there must be some hiking trails in the area. But we did not partake so we are unsure of the difficulty and sites to be seen on these trails.
