I had a great experience at The Blushing Bride Boutique as a first-time bride! Lakin helped me during the process and she was amazing. Thanks, Lakin! :) What I loved about this boutique, is that you can go around to all of the dresses they have hanging up on the walls so you can see and touch them for yourself. They had a huge selection, everyone was so helpful, and the purchasing process was very simple. I will recommend this boutique to everyone that I know in the DFW area!

I really hate to leave a negative review but I am doing so to warn other brides that are driving in from out of state to this boutique in Frisco. I have followed this boutique on social media for quite some time and when I finally got engaged I knew there was no other store I wanted to shop (thank god I did). I was very excited to make my appointment and I drove 5 hours this weekend to spend less than my full appointment time at this boutique. I was rushed and placed in a room with hardly any lighting and told to find my own dresses. I work in the wedding industry myself and I was HIGHLY disappointed of the service I received. I came prepared to spend a pretty penny on my dream dress but honestly it felt like I was at a cheap department store shopping a black friday sale lol. I hate to say that because the social media pages and website show such gorgeous gowns but the store seemed chaotic. The staff seemed chaotic. I saw several DIRTY, makeup smeared gowns all over the place not to mention it was very dark and looked like half of the lights in this business did not work. (Unless you were in the very front near the windows). Not only did I feel like I was getting dressed in a closet but I definitely felt rushed as my consultant checked her watch every five minutes-which immediately put pressure on me because the consultant told me to “go pick what I liked.” LOL how would I know what to pick in a store I’ve never been in while there’s also several other people in there doing the same thing (hence department store vibes)?? It seems as if the staff are not adequately trained on how to style brides and they seem miserable running around jumping from room to room. Not to mention, they do not look professional either. The only plus is that I did find one dress at this store that I LOVED, but unfortunately due to the experience here I have already contacted another store from my first appointment in this area to order this dress through them because I received top notch service there. My suggestion to this store is to stop trying to fit serveral appointments in at one time and learn to give your brides an amazing experience. There was NO WAY I could have had my fairy tale “say yes to the dress” moment at this particular location due to the chaotic, messy atmosphere in this store.

Worst experience at a bridal shop. Customer service was very poor and I didn’t get the full time. It’s very clear people of color aren’t welcome here by the way attendants treated certain families looking for dresses. Nobody greeted me for 5 mins and the attendants were just walking by ignoring me while I waited to checkin. I then had to wait another five minutes in a room for the rep assigned to me. I told the girl who sat me my mom was parking and to let her know where I was. My mom said nobody greeted her upon entry and she has to find the room herself. My attendant, Bianca, didn’t adhere to any of my style preferences and wasn’t helpful with selecting dresses. She barely spoke to me and I noticed other attendants interacting with their brides and families more. The one dress I liked was off the rack and she said she’d inquire if I could still custom order it for the color I wanted, but she failed to do so or at least indicate she tried. My try-ons were stopped 5 mins early as well. This is the first place that didn’t let me go over time to try all the dresses I selected, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because I do understand there are other customers and you should respect people’s time. The lighting was quite poor for taking photos. Overall, I would not recommend this snooty and poor service establishment.
