PC Geeks is a no nonsense honest establishment. My computer was “invaded” by a hacker and totally locked up. PC Geeks diagnosed the problem and fixed everything for a reasonable cost. They did not try to up sell their service and I got my computer back in 3 days. I use it for my business and could not be happier with the service.

PC GEEKS- Fantastic PC repair shop, had major problems with my iMAC and thought for certain I would need to replace it. Spoke with Matt and team and dropped off the iMAC. They did the evaluation, recommended a repair and completed it on time and on budge, now works better than new. In addition, a major concern is trust when picking someone to handle your computer, these folks have been in Frisco 18 years providing great service

Thank you for your question, We do not service inkjet printers. If you have replaced the cartridge and run the cleaning tool on your printer and it still does not print. You may need to replace the printer. Have a good day!
