Let me start off by saying I thought the inspector are for the children, just not in my case. I had a child who was abused in my care and had medical documentation and hospital reports to support the abuse. Marcus Pendleton didn’t fully do his job and gave me illegal documents saying I could use it to help the child in my care. He also told me after waiting a month and a couple of weeks that the parent is cooperating and once she has time to sign the forms he would let me know. He is very unprofessional and even told me the child in my care isn’t severely in danger enough for him to care and the mother wants the child back…. Why would you give a child back to the abuser..? His words was I believe the mother, yet he didn’t talk to the child therapist didn’t even look up the child history of neglect. The man simple headed me illegal documents and called it a day. DONT LET THIS MAN INSPECT YOUR CASE OR HELP ANY CHILD IN ANYONES CARE. He doesn’t care for real only for a check.

Questions & Answers

My question today is that children's today in life needs both of there parents if the mom make it hard so that her daughter or son not see there father it's that doing bad at the kid what would DCFS do

That's a civil issue sounds like with visitation. If that's the case, and there's no abuse or neglect involved, DCFS can't do anything. Hire an attorney to assist you. Good luck

How do I go about requesting that my 18 yr old son be taken off child support?

Petition the court to terminate child support.
