KFC has changed, the last few time we ordered food there it was overcooked. Nothing worse than a dry chicken breast. I use to love KFC but now I not sure if I'll take the chance

This is absolutely the worst KFC place to go. Every single time I go they either forget to give me part of my meal or are just too lazy to listen and forget. I’m never going here again.

Walked in one day to order some food. Was promptly told they were only serving drive throufh and pickup. I am never going back again. Ever.

Why does this KFC never have actual chicken. I am always told that it will be 30 minutes of a wait for the one thing that they should always have. Rediculous!
