I come to this restaurant about once a year because I live out of state. Normally I order the chitterlings and have no complaints but man this time I went and the chitterlings and everything else was just nasty and not cleaned well. I would've only given them one star but I feel like maybe this was just a bad day and I get it because it can happen.

Literally fall off the bone the baked chicken is amazing‼️💯 this is real soul food the Memphis way, extremely historical as it’s been open since 1947‼️ if your a tourist and looking for authentic food you must try this place‼️

Went on 12/2/17. Sign on door says cash only. No prices posted. Purchased 2 meals, paid $18. I ordered a vegetable and baked chicken plares. The food is great and worth the wait.
How much advance notice would you need for an order of this size
Doug, I would give them at least 12-24 hours if its a LARGE order. I wouldn't want them to run out of food for their regular customer business. Give them a little notice, I know they would appreciate it, it will help them to plan.
