They like to not answer and then they also like to place you on hold in the middle of a sentence and essentially hang up on you.

This company sucks repossessed my car off of 2 months behind and was paying a month the day they took my car. Went to go pay the fee and they never told me I had to pay the towing company and the police release. They took two days to release my car

I had a payment arrangement for Friday set up... My car was just repod and its over a double payment to freewayplus the fees to the repo company. Btw i was 30 days late...with a payment arrangement. I can't even get my purse out of the car
