I worked with a number of people at this store, including April, Andrew, and Bobbie. All were very helpful. I had a very specific idea in my mind's eye of what I wanted for our company's embroidered shirts. It required a good number of trips and conversations with each of them, as well as some color research and a special order of thread which was not one they typically keep in stock. When it was all said and done, they nailed it perfectly! I will be returning to have more embroidery done at this store thanks to their willingness to work with me to get what I wanted, which was not the case with some other places I've been. Was great until Kristin left. Repeat customer for 2 years for several items until speaking with the owner recently over text and then over a phone call and she was really rude with an ego like when she said "I AM the owner!" with an attitude. Okay, good for you? Shocked at this behavior and won't be going back.
