onestly worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I called ahead to inquire about a software fix and they said to come in and there was no problem. I took my lunch time to come in only to be told they couldn't do anything for me because the system was down all day and nobody told me that. Then someone attempted to "help" me and do some sort of software install. I waited a while and no one would update me so... I had to ask again. The attitude of the first associate I talked to was just plain rude and not at all concerned about customers.
