Been using them for the past 8 years never had a problem until I got a larger bin this is the second week I've had to call 2 get my trash still have not showed Monday is a holiday my bin is filled. I even called this morning about 9 a.m. I was assured it was going to be picked up I called about 1 saying it will be picked up still around 3:30 I called once again because they have not shown Santa should be here today if not for sure tomorrow which is Saturday the last week when they didn't show also I was told they couldn't pick up on Saturday I'm paying a lot of money per month now for this trash bin not right

The man who picked up our garbage dumped some of the trash on the street and kept driving to the neighbors! I called the service agent and was ridiculed by an operator as if I was beneath her. If I ask for a supervisor don’t try to down play my request. The owners of the house informed me to leave 5 items out front which would be picked up today. The operator stated it was not scheduled, how would I know the number or what I am able to leave outside?Poor quality of service!!! I had to pick up the trash on the street and my trash can lid was closed!!! I think he saw me take a picture of his truck and picked up the neighbors garbage and adjusted the cans. Ridiculous!!!!
