Kept me waiting in lobby for three hours to talk to an officer.

Was greatful they showed up, but officer was rude rushing me from my residence. Wasn't able to take my belongings, Now will have to deal with abuser again to retrieve my wallet and my daughters suitcase which was already packed and mentioned but another 5 minutes was to much to ask . Again, greatful my dogs and I are safe, don't look forward to having too repeat the ordeal to get the property, which belongs to me. The 911 dispatcher was nice and very professional, I felt safe while on phone with her. 5 stars for her.

I went to report my visitation rights and the women at the front desk told me to use the red phone if I wanted to speak with an officer and was giving me attitude and disrespect because I asked to speak to a different officer than the 1 who had taken my verbal report. Also officer named G. Gatti didn't even let me see my son because his mother refused to let me see him and take him for his visitations. I reported my concern for my child's safety due to druggies and people with several counts of child endangerment. I don't know how anyone hasn't investigated this department.
