I used the app ahead of time and did my research as to who does transmission fluid exchanges. It clearly says on the website this location and many other jiffy lubes around the area do offer transmission fluid exchanges. So I showed up today to get this done and they told me they don’t even have the machine anymore to perform this service. I called the other jiffy lube locations nearby and none of them have the machine either, but they still offer the service?. Very misleading and definitely wasted a lot of my time and gas.

I'm in the middle of changing my oil. This jiffy lube did my last change. They forgot to or just didnt put a gasket on the oil plug. I thought this whole time my car was just getting g a little old/leaky. Congrats jiffy lube you saved 10 cents.
