I would be more than happy to give a better rating and review if we could actually get service. This is the second time my family and I have driven from down south (over and hour drive) to visit your store and to our surprise, you are closed but advertising your hours of operation to be open from 11 a.m.It’s definitely frustrating and I won’t be returning no matter how good the deals and R.V’s are. As a business you should post your REAL hours.

This was the third RV we’ve purchased, and easily the best experience we’ve ever had doing so. From beginning to end everything was so easy and non-stressful (which is amazing when making a big purchase like this). Van was very helpful and we feel that we absolutely got a fair deal on our Imagine. Palm Beach had the lowest price around (we are in Naples), and they still worked with us and came down. Finance was also the smoothest operation we’ve ever encountered. I would recommend them to anyone!

After struggling for months with another Big name service company I contacted Palm Beach RV and boy am I glad I did. They are the nicest and most efficient service people I’ve ever dealt with. I was given an appointment less than two weeks out and the ”major” issue was repaired and the RV was returned to me in less than 1week. What a great experience!
