Phone message is always "sorry the number you called was busy" I just came in like not even 10 minutes ago for drive thru since they've basically closed their lobby, and my caramel ribbon crunch was just black coffee and vanilla flavored milk (which I asked for soy because now I've got stomach gurgles after two sips to make sure it was even done right when I asked for soy) and I just wanted a refund for the drink not even having any soy / no crunchies or even caramel

The line sometimes looks really long but it never takes too long to get through and it's worth it! Drinks are always well made, staff is friendly and Bentley loves the pup cup. 😌

Stopped here while on my way home and according to GPS this location closed an hour after my expected arrival I pulled into the parking lot at 8:15pm and there was a handwritten CLOSED sign on the door along with a sign blocking the drive thru I can see them closing early for clean up but that early is rediculous and I called to see if I could just pay for a souvenir cup and the lady on the phone said that all registers were already put away. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I did drive out of my way to a different Starbucks after calling them to make sure they were in fact open and had the item I wanted.
