Worst customer service ever!! These people work with a wide variety of people a lot of them needing extra time to understand what is needed from them and extra explanation, instead of providing them with that sympathy or understanding they need they make people feel belittled. Ridiculous! Working in this field you should know how to speak to people with sympathy and respect, but instead people are met with unwelcoming and rude answers. Staff needs a reality check because its disgusting how they speak to people.
Monkey King
Case workers never answer the phone, never return calls. 2 months ago i went through this same process of calling them going to their office during business hours just to find out they where close on days they was supposed to be open. So i took it upon my self to call and make complaints to fair housing. I get a call back from fair housing after a week. They asked me what happen and provide proof. I had recordings of me calling them leaving voicemails, videos of me going to the office and they was close on the days they was suppose to be open. They investigated it and i made it clear that if nothing was done about the workers i was going to make it known world wide of going to the news , facebook, twitter. My case worker was fired and i was provided another one and now im going through the same thing again. So in the morning i will be contacting fair housing complaints again.

Yes, how much longer before they post a date to apply in Stanislaus county
Yes you can
Can someone help me, how do I go about changing my phone number and address on my application?
Is Section 8 open yet in Sallisaw County
I have no idea! I don't work in that department, I do building maintenance sorry.
Im with Mario on this one. Thats something the housing authority could answer though.
My mother is on section 8 and has a checking account.
No, but you can transfer yours to another County.
The only reason you would be getting terminated is if you haven't paid your part of rent and/or went against your responsibilities. If not then I suggest you email or call your worker ASAP
I don't but that info would really be helpful if someone does know
Not really sure, I do maintenance. I believe she would have to add the person to the lease/rental agreement which may also increase the amount of her rent.
You need to go to the Housung Authority and they will give you a form to fill up and you mailed it to them. They will send you someyhing in the mailed
Yes that is normal there are various considerations for each person and everything has to match exactly for you to get a place
There is a general applicarion online but you have to fill out each propertys application to be considered for housing there are all located at the housing authority building
Contact the organization directly.
I would recommend that you contact the Housing authority directly. There are low cost senior apartments. Good luck to you.
How do I get in contact with them? They don't answer the phone
I wish I knew!!! I Went there yesterday and the whole building was closed!!! Trying to get information for my brother!!! Try calling 211 or Google low income apartments!
Is there opening and how much are they
I'm not sure, but you can call them (which is housing authority on Robertson rd in Modesto) and ask😊
The green door in back by the bus stop and theres a disabled parking spot you will see the door with it say drop off box
Any one bedroom apartments
Just call the supervisor or go down there and talk somebody
All information about our different programs will be on our website.
Yes you can port to any county if you’ve lived in the unit for a year
You should go into the office on 1701 Robertson Rd. and check to see if you are still on the waiting list and verify that your contact information is correct. Sometimes people reach the top of the waiting list but the contact info is out of date and they're removed from the list. Good luck.
The average wait time for many Housing Authorities ranges on average from a few months to 10 years. However, I believe you should go to the office and verify that you are still on the waiting list and make sure your contact information is up to date.
If you are on an assistance program like HCV (Section 8) you can contact your caseworker or inspections department to request a Special Inspection. These inspections can happen anytime and you don't have to wait for your annual inspection to get repairs completed if your landlord is not making them. If you are not on an assistance program you will want to contact your city or counties Code Compliance department
Let them know in writing
Yes, you may apply at any Housing Authority even if you do not reside in that county or jurisdiction. You may be given a lower priority as some Housing Authorities give a preference for residents in their jurisdiction. Also if you are accepted most Housing Authorities will require you to live in their jurisdiction for at least the first year of your assistance.
The owner of the building is responsible. But in order to completrly rid of ALL bugs be it bedbugs, cockroaches, anything that is difficult to get rid of.. All apartments MUST be treated to have the best chance possible at not having another reinfestation.
Call the city you want to live or move to housing authority
