Been a patient here 2x. First time it was Evergreen. Stayed 4 weeks to recover from left knee replacement surgery. Great staff and great nutritionist. 2nd stay was recently under new owner. Rt knee replacement surgery. Experience again great. Pt 5x-7x weekly. Again staff and meals were great. Would I stay Again. Absolutely 💯.

Hands down the best place to put your loved one. The staff is caring and will help you with any questions you have. I’ve had family at other places and I can’t even compare them to Almond vista. I won’t take my family anywhere else.

Excellent Place for recovery. They provide therapy 7/day a week which is excellent for my loved one. He was able to d/c home in timely manner. Nursing staffs were great. They were able to help my loved one with respect & dignity.
