These people never ever have their act together. There’s always some reason they can’t fill your prescription. I called to refill 2 days ago and was told I had to wait. Called back today and they said they’re out of my medication. Seriously, people. Get it together. You lost a customer today

Tell me why on May 7, 2022 at 12:45pm CVS east north street greenville sc, I walk into a CVS and hear a front counter store clerk nearly yelling at a customer that is in no way escalated or being rude!!!!? I went to check for what I was looking for, but on my way back to the front of the store, now the clerk is yelling louder and being even more rude to the customer. I'm sorry but this did something to me...when did this become OK? It took everything in me to not say something so I left. Oh but I decided to call to ask for the manager and when the pharmacy answered they told me no manager was on duty. So I then asked, is this why your front counter clerk is yelling at customers? The response was , "well I have no idea what you are talking about." So I said we'll I just told you. I then asked for the name of the manager and was told "we can't give out that information". Since when did this go into affect? Anyway, I will be pulling all of my families prescriptions from this store because I refuse to do business with a business that allows this! And I will not stop here, this is the start...I will escalate this as high as I can!

I love my pharmacy. They fill Rx’s fast and have lots of meds in stock. I love that they know my name and greet me. It feels like a neighborhood store to me. The only downside is that the drive thru takes a really long time to get through, but if you go inside it is really fast. In and out. I love the CVS care pass, as well.
