Poor experience. Management found every reason to not give back my disposit, and when I went to file for Legal Aid, they couldn't help me because Ontario Manor wasn't in their jurisdiction. Please please please, save yourself the stress, heartache and hair and don't rent from these criminals. I also have picture after picture of black mold that wasn't taken care of, as well as rust in the water heater, dogs dying from unannounced Roundup treatments, and people getting sick from the Roundup. Bugs and ants crawling through the kitchen cabinets, don't rent from these people.

Are your apartments low income. Where I live now (with the owner) he has only weeks to live and his daughter says I need to leave ASAP. I have 2 small dogs who are under 10 lbs. I am on social security and partially disabled.
