If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely ridiculous service! I got the most pricey package with everything included. All the bumpers were dirty not talking about the tires and rims! I have never had this kind of experience with carwash. Do not recommend at all. I went back and pointed out the rims and what I was told that it was difficult to clean and that they dont carry the solution to clean them! Never going back again

Most car washes well wash if your car the next day free of charge in fact almost all of them. I don't know about star your kind of different
Never had them do that to me, nor have I ever seen them do that. They have always been very polite to me. They do tend to talk a little louder to be heard over the sound the machinery makes while washing the cars. Perhaps you mistook that for yelling.
