The staff at Purchase Green are professional, friendly, and I could not have expected better communication and information. The installation was stalled once by Purchase Green due to staffing shortage and once by me, but Purchase Green made sure to be flexible to meet my schedule. John was patient with my turf selection and many questions. Octavio did an incredible job with the installation and the seams are invisible. Purchase Green staff even conducted a follow-up inspection after the installation to assure I was satisfied with the turf. I will not hesitate to recommend Purchase Green.

UPDATE: 9/2021 We had a small but rare problem occur with a spot on our lawn-Purchase Green wasted no time in sending Humberto out to check out the problem. Eric, the manager, then scheduled a crew to remedy the problem. Jose and his crew arrived and fixed the problem returning our lawn to a "newly installed" appearance. Purchase Green-you guys are the best, thank you!! Our experience with Purchase Green was great! From the estimate to the install to the finished walk-thru and recheck; everyone that we dealt with was right on the money. Malia with our original order, Humberto with the estimate, checking in during install and after-install walk-thru AND the install crew-all professional yet personable. The price was right too... We were very lucky to have dealt with Purchase Green, great company.

During the Pandemic, I decided to do a DIY project over the weekends. I was pointed to Purchase greens by another neighbor, who yard looked gorgeous. The staff followed all Covid guidelines, Masked, social distancing, etc. That made me really comfortable working with them. I talked to Humberto who walked me through the process. He answered all my questions very patiently, gave me tips, etc. Mentioned once that they have a install process, that's it !!. No pushing !! I am impressed by his knowledge and willing to share it. He helped me choose samples which made our selection very easy. The website is very informative. Online chat was very helpful also. Real folks...asked me a couple of questions and then suggested a couple of grasses. Their pricing was really great too. Overall, I will thumbs my interaction with Humberto and recommend the business. Waiting for the rains to subside to install the grass.
