When I went into the store, I met with Tawny. She seems knowledgeable about the product and walked me through different options. When I inquired about the price of the inserts, I was told that I could purchase “warranties”, if you will. The first one is approximately $245. The second is about $450. With the latter, I was told I could come it at anytime, to exchange the inserts due to wear and tear or the changing needs of my feet/body. I was apprehensive, but went with that option, considering it is a “lifetime guarantee “. I initially was satisfied with my experience at the Good Feet store. Then, when I got home, I went over the instructions for wearing my inserts, and discovered that they are based on having all 3 inserts, the strengtheners, the maintainers, and the relaxers. I only had one, the strengtheners. I decided that I didn’t want to pay $500 for the inserts and the warranty. I went back to the store, and was told that if I wanted to have all the inserts, it is approximately $1400. Then I was told, sure, you can come back to exchange for any reason…but I will have to pay $24.99 to get new or different inserts. How is this a lifetime guarantee if I have to pay for them. I am completely unsatisfied and will not ever go back to “exchange “ my inserts. Buyer beware. Look over the fine details and consider if this $500 is worth your time and money. I will count this as an expensive lesson and loss.

This was my first experience with the Good Feet Store and won’t be my last. I was treated with respect and patience. Marc was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my foot issue. I would certainly refer the Good Feet Store in Roseville to anyone having feet issues.

What if I buy an orthotic and after a couple of months I find that it is not working correctly?

I can't say enough good about this store. I have a closet full of shoes I can't wear. Some are expensive orthotics that cost from $400-1600. I was only in tis store about ten minutes and walked out wearing the most comfortable shoes I have had in many many years. The price was less than any of the others. I wont go anywhere else for shoes in the future.
