The doctor was very sensitive, very professional at a difficult time. Since then, we have adopted a puppy and we bought"The Puppy Package". It turned out to be a great decision on our part. We were able to have him seen when he should be, rather than having to try to "make sure he really needs it". I highly recommend it

We thought we had found a good vet until we needed them for something outside of a routine visit. Obviously they have taken on too many patients if they aren’t able to accommodate sick or emergency appointments for established patients. Yet, their website says they are taking new ones right now. Very disappointed that we have to find a new vet now because we want one that actually cares when they patient is sick and isn’t just in it for the money, which seems to be the biggest issue with this vet. Pile on the patients for more money but don’t care when they need you outside of the expensive surgeries or treatments. Don’t recommend at all.
