Horrible service from employee Blake Phongprija at AT&T Greenwood SC. I went in the store on Monday 5 th 2022 for a upgrade and too add a new line. Never have seen this young man before, he doesn’t know how too greet a customer very poor customer service and he doesn’t know what he is doing because he had to go back and forth and ask another employee how to fix what he messed up, he took too long and gets very frustrated easily. Honestly Blake needs too go back in training or choose another profession. I advise everyone please don’t go too him.

Blake was rude shouldn’t take personal phone calls while helping customers I been with AT&T 15 years this store is going downhill.
