Was VERY clean facility, bathroom was just as clean and there was nice seating as you wait for laundry to get done. Was a wee bit more expensive than most, dryers worked well and were hot for drying clothes... recommend highly

Our RV was in for repairs and I needed to do a couple loads of clothes - the laundromat was clean, plenty of machines were available, cute signage, clean bathrooms - what more could you want!

We started five loads about 4:30 in the afternoon all of our loads were done and dry by 6:00 The one load in the big washing machine that we paid 26 coins for didn't rinse or spin or close so we paid 26 more coins and by 8:00 it was still spinning would not let us have our clothes and would not open the door So we contacted the owners and just before 9:00 they did get it out give us $10 and paid for three different dryers to put our stuff in but at this point we had already missed out on more than three hours in the hotel We had paid to relax for the evening and the owners basically said we can't help it our machines malfunction That's all we can do and they were very rude about it saying is that how I handle problems with business I said if our equipment malfunctioned and we didn't deliver on time it would cost us tremendously Just saying I'm tired of paying my money to to businesses to make excuses when they waste people's time and money. We never get the chance to relax in a hotel for the evening so we should have been relaxing from 6:00 on it's almost 9:30 and we are still not to the hotel what a lovely evening thanks Middlebury laundry for a nightmare of an evening and rude owners.they said we were in the parking lot you didn't contact us till 8:00 well if you were in the parking lot you should have been in your business and you would have known what was going on what a great business owner the same
