This place has really gone downhill since we started staying here a few years ago. Cleanliness really leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty bad when you have to tell them to clean the elevator door because it was gross and greasy.

The only thing positive I can say is the suite was very spacious. But, the ceiling fan over the bed had 2 tons of dust. I was up all night coughing because I’m allergic to dust. No microwave, the dishwasher wasn’t even under the counter, the mattress was soiled. The smell of the room was horrible, outdated decor, the lighting was horrible. It was dark and depressing. Not enough lamps to light up the place. The windows were cracked and the rooms entry door would not lock. The tub wouldn’t drain, the sofa was dirty and there has aluminum foil wrapped around the stove top drip pans which is a city code violation. The people working were very nice but they need to seriously consider getting out of the hotel business!

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay. Each bathroom towel had at least one stain on each. The walls were dirty and chipping. The bathroom has dripping stains of something on the outside part of the door. The shower would turn super hot because the shower handle was loose and would dangle down until it couldn’t anymore. The fridge was plugged in but didn’t work. We had food in there and it went bad within 12 hours. It was all warm. Had to throw it all away. The phone didn’t work work trying to call front desk. All bed sheets and pillows had stains and simply looked years old. There was also hair hanging from 2 towels in the bathroom. On our last night here, we came back to the room and the room door wouldn’t lock. That’s when we went to call front desk and the phone would not work. We went downstairs to let the workers know and aware that we were not staying in that room until it’s fixed. They immediately came to the room to check after saying “no, our computer here says the door is locked”. Come to find out, the batteries in the door lock had died… NOT very safe. We will never stay here again, nor suggestion anyone to stay here.
