The staff was very nice, but the hotel itself was disgusting. it was very dirty and had a weird smell, the hallways had crumbs and whatnot everywhere. our floor didn’t look like it got vacuumed (in a very long time) there was stuff crusted to our floor. stuff on the walls that could easily be wiped off. our bed was dirty and our sheets were stained , our sheets were also so thin i could see (i don’t want to know) things under the sheet on the bed. there was crusted stuff on our table, bathroom counter and i don’t think our toilet was cleaned. housekeepers need to do better and management needs to encourage them. i definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re staying more than just a night.

I booked here so my girls could swim. Upon arrival their pool was out of order. I didn’t end up staying, and they refunded my money in full! Even when they didn’t have to. What a great company

Booked through Priceline over two weeks ago. They canceled at the last second when we went to check in. Told us they was over booked, then proceed to process 5 walk ins. I think it had to do how cheap we book Priceline and they wanted to overcharge people bc it’s the tulip festival. Pretty scumming thing to do.

No frills hotel. I just needed a cheap room for a few nights for a conference, and as a Wyndam Rewards member, I chose this one. This hotel's greatest assets are not the facilites (which were not the greatest) but their very friendly and helpful staff. The room was not great, but not the worst either. Threadbare blanket, very uncomfortable mattress, nearly non-existent wi-fi (on an open network! yikes!), a room phone that had no wire on it...just sitting there like retro decor I guess...and generally dingy looking. However, I knew I wasn't staying at the Ritz ;), and the lack of wi-fi was very helpful to my productivity - I nearly finished my next book! yay! I wasn't in the room much at all for Thursday and Friday, so that helped. I dragged my camping pad that I leave in my trunk into the room, and slept on that over the mattress along with my bedroll since the blanket was so thin. Look, if you're thinking of staying here it's the Travelodge, not the Hilton. It's in a nice-ish area. There's a starbucks nearby. It's cheap. You get what you pay for.
