My son lives here currently and renewed his lease for next year. The office staff has always been extremely helpful, maintenance is always quick to fix any issues in his apartment, and the office staff is very helpful. We had an issue with our automated payment last month and Lulu was so helpful in walking us through our options and setting up a new one. So glad my kid and his friends found a good place to live for his college years!

I took a tour of 48 and signed a lease last week. I was really on the fence about 48 because of poor experiences that my friends have had living there, but Lauren H answered all my questions and made me feel confident about living here. I am so excited to move in in August and know that if any issues arise, Lauren will be in the office ready to assist me! (My review is 4 stars based on my current experience, I will update once I move in. I am confident it will go up to 5 thanks to Lauren H SHE ROCKS)

While touring with roommates, Evan (employee). was extremely helpful in giving us details about everything. He was very honest and helped highlight why 48 West is such a great place to live. Even after the tour, he stayed in contact to help us through the online leasing process. He helped make us aware of what to do and important things to read and become aware of so that we weren't confused and didn't miss any steps. He answered all of our questions and was a great help that made the process tremendously easy.
