Came in at 7AM for a pickup, you could tell they were still getting started and the woman who checked me in noted that the yard was a complete mess from the people who closed (it was, but in all fairness the place is chaos because of the construction). She had to move a trailer by hand because it was blocking the exit. I rented a 20fter and the truck was basically ready, clean enough, but didn’t have the gas they said it did. I walked in and had her adjust the starting gas in the reservation before I left. The truck smelt strongly of burning oil but it braked well and seemed fine. No issues upon return. I think the guy was named Kyle who handled my drop off, he was polite, friendly, and I felt comfortable during the exchange.

Littlered Cruizer

Unethical business practices. They told my son one rate for car trailer and charged him that on his card. (We have our copy if our agreement with said agreed rate.) After we left there, this business added an UNAUTHORIZED ADDITIONAL CHARGE on his card of SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS (not authorized or agreed to prior). We called Uhaul's customer service number while we were on the road and they contacted this store manager who was supposedly in his car driving and was going to call my son back. This was 6 days ago and no call back yet indicating they don't care about the issue and have no intention of correcting their mistake. I'm pretty sure that charging someone's card for something they did not agree to is ILLEGAL. Working with the card company to contest fraudulent 2nd charge. Shady as heck. Avoid. IF you do choose to use, keep a CLOSE EYE on your card charges.
