Have to change my review. I had to reschedule an appointment and they scheduled the wrong type of appointment. That would have been a problem, but they also told me Wednesday but actually booked it for Thursday. I would not have booked for that day because I already had a full day. They implied that it was my fault, did not attempt to rectify the situation at all. Just said sorry (very unapologetically) there's no one here to do it today. I felt like they didn't want my business at all. So they won't get it anymore.

I have been a Aveda client for decades. Love Krystal and Jenny G.! My hair routine is a moisture treatment and cut. I am 69 and don’t color my hair it’s very light and dry the botanical treatment leaves my hair fresh and shiny for up to 2 weeks. I am happy with my hair and feel in very good hands here. 😊

Very disappointed with quality and value of service. I paid high price so that I could get a competent haircut. Only good part was shampoo with Aveda product. No head massage received. I receive better quality haircuts at great clips at 1/3 the price. No need to pay high price for haircut when you receive low quality service. I will stick to great clips.
