Customer service setup sucked I paid for a full year never used it. Then they started billing me per month I asked to be refunded for the last month when they charged me. Sorry we cant do that was the answer . I wouldnt recommend them at all. In fact I am never sending another escrow through Fidelity National Title either! My real estate company switched to Skyslope about 6 month's ago. My agents found their transaction management platform to be difficult to use and not very intuitive. Because I had received numerous complaints about Skyslope, I was very concerned about loosing agents. Consequently, I decided to cancel my account. They refused to refund the money for the balance of the year. I would not recommend Skyslope to anyone looking to keep or recruit agents.

For the most part skyslope is fine and I can see how an agent who's only on the site a once or twice a day may not encounter many issues but as a Transaction Coordinator who uses the program all day, this system hiccups too many times a day. I probably have to refresh the page 4-5 times a day to get it to work properly. Its a user friendly system overall but it's more often than not frustrating to use.

That is computer specific, you can try making sure you don't need a computer update. You can always reach out to support since they are always available.
If they sent you a PDF you should be able to open it with any PDF viewer. If you are getting an error message I would reach out to support.
