Storage Zone Self Storage and Business Centers

Worst storage unit EVER!!! We rented a climate controlled storage until from Storage Zone. When we went to pick up our belongings and move out it was 90 degrees in our unit. The lady working at the time told us the AC had not been working for quite some time. The AC leaked all over our belongings and they were completely covered in mold and destroyed. We sent all of the pictures of our destroyed items to the manager Shirley and she has been no help at all. We are now having to proceed with a lawyer to get Storage Zone to replace the items that were destroyed due to their negligence. STAY FAR AWAY FROM STORAGE ZONE!!!!!

When we first started renting there, Greg was the manager. He was knowledgeable, very helpful & he answered the phone, at Storage Zone!!! If he was busy with a customer, you could leave a message & he would always call you back!!! This new manager, never answers the phone, nor does she call you back!!! We had the monthly payment set up, to go automatically on n our charge card. Suddenly, they stopped doing that & send us a bill every month, through email. They want us to mail them a check every month!!! With the ways things are managed there right now, we do not recommend them. Very disappointed.
