The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean but outdated. The continental breakfast had orange Kool aid for orange juice. Terrible coffee, undrinkable. A guest had their dog tied up outside all day and has stayed at the motel for weeks. When I asked the manager if he knew about it, he said yes. I said "and you are ok with that??" He replied no but nothing was done. I tried to call the local SPCA but they were closed. I left a message.

Aside from having two small cigarette burns on my bed quilt, the room was nice. I did take a photo of the burns and showed the desk clerk. The free breakfast was nice, and the dining area was very clean. The parking lot was clean, and we'll lit. They are pet friendly, with a $25/night sanitation fee.

Positive: CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!! The most courteous staff, friendly, personable! When I showered and was drying off I kept holding the towel over my face as it was so clean and fresh smelling as were the bed linens! This stay is so clean inside and out!!! Negative: They ONLY thing I do not like about this motel is that other ones just like it in size, star rating, amenities don't even TRY to keep up with what this facility does for it's guests! This place needs promoted and featured so big so everyone knows about it

THIS is the PERFECT model of what a hotel/motel should be! Sure there are 1 or 2 LITTLE quirks. This is a budget stay that is 199% cleaner, brighter, most pleasant, most convenient, well updated, well kept, very comfortable, well maintained, JUST AMAZING!!! The pride and ownership of people who truly care about their reputation, facilities, guests, employees, definitely shows. I've traveled much of the country and lived in higher star and lower star motels/hotels, this is by far and above THEEE BEST I've stayed in in 30 years for cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and price!!!!
