Not at all a great hotel. Fortunately we only had to stay one night. The shower didn't work right, the bathroom fan didn't want to turn on right away and was making grinding noises. The pillows were stained. My daughter went to the front desk to get more towels, and was told no one was in the room she told them we were staying in. They even tried looking it up under our last name and STILL didn't believe her that we were in the room she told them. The breakfast wasn't great, the sausage was horrible, tasted like it had been re-warmed from the day before, and the eggs looked like a mix of egg beaters and oatmeal. I would never stay here again, and would recommend finding somewhere else.

Close to the local business district. Within eye view of Walmart. Had issues with the TV - settings seemed to be messed up. AC settings were a bit confusing. Shower had low pressure and water temp was hard to set. Pool was very cold. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was kind and hard-working. Housekeeping staff was also kind and went above and beyond. Room seemed clean and hotel seemed in pretty good repair overall.

While traveling from Maryland to Eaton Rapids, Michigan to visit the VFW's National Home for Children, we stayed two nights at the Comfort Inn in Charlotte, Michigan. Check-in was easy. Our room was clean and fresh and our beds were made on Saturday. Check-out was easy on Sunday morning. Great first visit to Michigan!

We stayed recently while seeing family. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the hotel didn't have some amenities like an in room fridge, or a heated pool, or USB charge ports in the lamps- I'm giving it 5 stars because it was the cleanest hotel room I've ever slept in. When we checked the mattresses for signs of bugs they appeared brand spanking new. Not to mention the beds were comfy.
