Stopped at 8:15 am to buy a flower assortment for Valentine’s Day and 2 women working and I was told the choices are out there by Sue. I even questioned, this is all I can choose from. She said yes. Just because she didn’t want to put the time and effort in to please a loyal customer. I was extremely disappointed to see she wasn’t interested in putting something special together for my likings. Extremely disappointed and they lost a customer for life. I will over pay at a flower shop before giving jay c my business any day. What a shame how lazy and careless people have become..

No chicken, no potato wedges. Very little to choose from for hot food from deli. Employee said that they can't get these items in. Turned away 3 different customers because nothing to purchase in hot section.

Not sanitary safe. Was there last night and had their cleaning spray bottle sitting right next to food in the deli case.

I went to the JayC in Milan Indiana and I got a birthday cake from there and was in a hurry I ask for some help and there employees went out of there way to help me ! This was a great experience to have people go out of there way to assist me .Had a great tasting moist very pretty cake
